My Flying Experience

Yesterday I flew at Alpha One flight school in Plymouth. I started my morning off by waking up at 7:30. I drove to Plymouth from where I reside 15 mi away. My plane is parked at Plymouth Airport. The flight instructor I normally fly with is on vacation for two weeks. I hired another flight instructor to take off where my regular flight instructor left off.

In the air we practiced flight maneuvers and take offs and landings. My first couple landings were too high on approach. I however was able to bring the plane down successfly and he was pleased. The next time I fly I will be ready for my regular flight instructor. The goals will include the memorizing of flight maneuvers more proficiently.

My flying experiences

Right now I am an aviation science major at Bridgewater State College. I started flying in January of 2007. The first airplane I started flying was a cessna 152. I flew about 25 hours with my flight instructor. I initially started flying out of New Bedford. I flew to places like province town on the cape. I had good experience flying. I stopped flying due to work related reasons.

I have recently started flying again. I now fly out of Plyouth Airport. I now fly a cessna 150 and enjoy it considerably. I plan to wrap up my license in the next month or so. I will blog about my updates.
